The Managing Director, Armourcon Group

In 2019, a construction company in my group was forced to cease trading due to a major contract dispute, leaving up to $2 million in liabilities including to the ATO. I sought the advice of pre-insolvency professionals who recommended various, expensive “solutions”, priced in excess of $50,000, which in hindsight would have only left me and my group financially worse off by far.  Thankfully, I was referred to AXM Law by a friend instead. The group’s exposure has been deftly managed since then: working closely with my accountants, and restructuring its affairs in a legally sophisticated and intelligent way compared to other players who seem to offer “one size fits all” insolvency services, all for a total cost to me including liquidator’s and legal fees of less than $30,000 to date. All legacy issues and personal exposure have been thoroughly managed and resolved.
